All prices include VAT except Children’s sizes because they are not eligible for VAT (obviously).
All prices include postage within the UK. If you live outside the UK the price of postage and packaging will be added when you check out. Goods ordered through this website can only be paid for through PayPal. If you are unfamiliar with this method of payment you should take a look at their website (http://www.paypal.co.uk/uk). Only Palpal gets to see your credit card details and therefore they deal with card security matters. If you want to order goods using cash or cheques feel free to call us.
Captain Grooviss will dispatch the goods that you have ordered as quickly as reasonably possible once we have received payment. However, Captain Grooviss makes no promises about how long goods will take to reach you; some of our products are made to order and the Captain likes to have the weekends off to play cricket and drink cider. If you have a tight deadline (wedding, funeral, bar mitzvah etc.) please call us to find out how quickly we can dispatch the particular goods you want to order.
If on receiving the goods you are unhappy with them, please return them as soon as you can. We will refund you or replace the goods as you desire.
